About Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation

Believing in the importance of building a cultural and scientific ground, taking serious care of scientific research, human studies, cultural enlightenment, innovation and encouraging reading, the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation was established in 1978 (a cultural institution), as a non-profit initiative by the Arab Bank by allocating a portion of its annual profits to its establishment, to be its cultural and social responsibility arm, with its focus on three pillars: "Thought leadership, Arts and Literature, and Cultural Grants and Innovation."

By using the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation mobile application, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must not use the application.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time and you should review these terms and conditions periodically. We do not have to contact you or notify you of any changes to the terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation mobile application constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your use of the application.
You are considered in violation by the terms and conditions if:
a.    Providing inaccurate and incorrect information to access the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation mobile application.
b.    Use the services or their contents for any commercial or illegal purpose.
c.    Using the Services in a way that affects the stability of the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation's servers, such as using data mining or bots.
d.    Use the services in any way or for any purpose that may infringe any law, regulation or any right of any person including but not limited to intellectual property rights, rights of privacy and rights of personality.
e.    Log-in to the server or any account that you do not have permission or right to access.
f.    Attempt to scan, or test for system or network vulnerabilities or to breach security or authentication measures.
g.    Attempting to circumvent a technical procedure that effectively controls access to a protected work.
h.    Creating more than one account for the same person, which results in deleting one of the two accounts.

Privacy Policy

a.    Registration to the mobile application requires entering some personal information, such as name, gender, date of birth, address (country of residence), phone number, e-mail, and the aim of this information is to identify the subscriber’s identity and verify their eligibility to participate. The data is not shared with any other party outside the Foundation.
b.    The data is kept on the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation's databases, and the data is preserved throughout the subscription period, and the data is not deleted in the case that the subscription is cancelled, and the aim of retaining it is to help create statistical reports and restore the subscription at any time at the request of the beneficiary.
